We aim to promote our Zimbabwean beauty & brains from all colours, races, tribes representing our multi cultural Zimbabwe whilst encouraging & creating opportunities to all ambitious contestants & participants. The Zimbabwe economy is showing improvement & we are not political.

We aim to be ambassadors of beautiful Zimbabwe & in so doing be a face for tourism & foreign investment through young entrepreneurs & philanthropists encourage positive images of the young Zimbabwean woman! Miss Zimbabwe UK encourages young women to become social entrepreneurs by engaging them in identifying social problems with in a community and using their beauty & entrepreneurial principles to organize, create, and manage a venture to make social change.

As a social entrepreneur Miss Zim Diamond UK will focus on creating social capital. Thus, the main aim of social entrepreneurship is to further social and environmental goals. 

They will be individuals with innovative solutions to society’s most pressing social problems. She will be ambitious and persistent, tackling major social issues and offering new ideas for wide-scale change.

We aim to develop future women leaders in whatever field they choose to pursue. The world is still mourning the consequences of leaving women behind and the loss that has resulted. We would like to show that women can be beautiful and still be great leaders & entrepreneurs.

Zimbabwe is one of those places you find women leading, a credit to our leaders. Examples include Vice President Mujuru, Deputy Prime Minister Thokozani Khupe, Grace Muradzikwa at NicozDiamond, Prof Hope Sadza at Women's University, Chipo Mtasa at RTG, Florence Ziumbe at Proweb, Aunty Petty at CCPT and Ms Chirume at Capernaum Trust.
