This platform will endeavor to attract Tourism and Foreign investment in Zimbabwe by selecting admirable & talented delegates to portray a positive image of the Zimbabwean woman and the beauty of Zimbabwe as a country.

Miss Zim Diamond was set up by talented Zimbabweans who have a wealth of experience in the entertainment industry and empowering young talent. We are passionate about flying the flag of Zimbabwe in the Diaspora and creating awareness of the beauty and talent Zimbabwe has to offer as a people and a country. We aim to promote Tourism and Foreign investment through the entertainment industry and by encouraging Personal Development, Social Enterprise and Philanthropy both in Zimbabwe and the UK.

The aim of Miss Zim Diamond is to be able to emulate and emphasise the beauty and strength of Zimbabwe through a platform that particularly concentrates on beauty amongst many other attributes that come with it. It will be able to remind the world that beyond all controversy the diamond is beautiful and is a token or representative of Zimbabwe and its people.

We are not political but are passionate about creating admirable images about Zimbabwe & encouraging positive social change.  Tourism is a key sector in the country’s economic growth and plays an important role in branding Zimbabwe’s image. Miss Zim Diamond aims to play a vital role in contributing to enhancing the tourism industry in Zimbabwe.

WHY MISS ZIM DIAMOND?
Diamonds are Exotic and rare and are perhaps the most treasured gemstone on Earth. Known as the “King of Gems,” a diamond glitters and dazzles with its exquisite beauty. This is exactly what Miss Zim Diamond aims to portray through the beauty and brains of the delegates and participants.

Formerly known as Miss Zimbabwe UK under different management.  It is now  being rebranded and the reason for changing the name to Miss Zim Diamond UK, is to be able to emulate and emphasise the beauty and strength of Zimbabwe through a platform that particularly concentrates on beauty amongst other hidden strengths and many attributes that come with it. It will be able to remind the world that beyond all controversy the diamond is beautiful and is a token or representative of Zimbabwe and its people.

Zimbabwe has a wealth of mineral resources and the diamond actually describes exactly the image we would like to portray about Zimbabwe. Diamonds are strong and they are formed under immense pressure beneath the earth’s surface. Zimbabwe might have been under immense pressure for various reasons but it is time to stand on our own and prosper."

Diamonds are pure, transparent carbon and Carbon is the element fundamental to all life on Earth. It is found in its purest, most concentrated form in the mineral diamond. No other form of carbon, and indeed no other mineral on Earth, is as hard or transparent as diamond, Hence the beauty platform is a whole new brand that is starting in the purest form.

Diamonds are the hardest natural substance known, through Miss Zimbabwe Diamond we will demonstrate that throughout the difficult times Zimbabwe has experienced, it remains strong and beautiful.

Diamonds are fiery- This is an example of the Zimbabwean woman and families that have dispersed all over the world but still fly the flag of their country with pride besides all odds.-. A diamond’s density also gives it “fire, the ability to reflect light in a dazzling rainbow of colors. As white light slows down and bounces around inside the dense diamond, it scatters into a fiery spectrum. Diamonds disperse light like a prism better than almost all colorless stones.

Diamonds are useful-This will demonstrate the different roles Zimbabweans have partaken in Zimbabwe and all over the world – being able to adapt and still contributing to various communities within the Diaspora, for example nurses, doctors, social workers, carers, providers of families even when they are far away from they loved ones they sparkle where ever they are- As a mineral, the diamond has some unusual properties with practical applications.
